More Versatility. Less Of Everything Else.

Simpler

TF has half the parts and takes half the training of other ICFs.  Everyone comes up to speed faster, and there's less re-learning to do if you haven't done an ICF job for a while.  There are fewer parts to keep track of and they store in less space, yet you can do everything the other ICFs do - and more.  For one thing, just try getting inside the wall after the forms are in place with some other ICF.

Faster

In the 1950s, poured wall contractors switched from horizontal forms to vertical forms.  Why?  Because it's faster and simpler.  The same is true for ICFs, for the same reasons.  With the TF ICF, walls go up with two-thirds the time and labor of other ICFs.

Less Investment

There's less equipment than with other ICFs.  You build your wall entirely from the ground so you don't need scaffolding to set the forms.  On top of that, the channels on top and bottom of the wall hold it straighter than other ICFs so you can space your kickers about twice as far apart.  There's less money to put up and tie up in the ICF business.
